• Return Period: You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return items. This aligns with your legal right to a 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
• Eligible Items: Returns are accepted for:
• Defective Products: Items that are damaged, spoiled, or not as described (e.g., incorrect weight, contamination).
• Non-Opened Products: Unopened, unused 1.02kg packs in their original packaging, provided the seal is intact.
• Non-Returnable Items:
• Opened or partially consumed packs due to health and safety regulations for food products.
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage.
• Returns requested after the 14-day period.
• Return Process:
1. Contact us at info@ftpendurancefuel.com within 14 days of delivery, providing your order number, reason for return, and photos of the defective item (if applicable).
2. We will issue a returns authorization and provide a prepaid return label (UK shipping only).
3. Return the item to 8 Sutton Street, Aberdeen, AB21 9PW, ensuring it is securely packaged.
4. Once received and inspected (within 7 days), we will process a full refund to your original payment method, excluding return shipping costs unless the item was defective.
• Refunds: Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, provided it meets the eligibility criteria. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Liability: FTP Endurance Fuel is not liable for loss or damage during return shipping unless a defective item is being returned with our provided label.
