Shipping policy

At FTP Endurance Fuel, we aim to get your order to you quickly, reliably, and at the best possible value.

We usually dispatch orders the same day, every day. Order by 8pm (UK time) and it normally goes out that day.
Once your label is printed you'll get a confirmation email with tracking details.
Occasionally, for example on bank holidays or during very busy periods, dispatch may move to the next day.

We use trusted carriers including Royal Mail, DPD, DHL and Yodel (mainly for Northern Ireland).

Free shipping on UK mainland orders over £30. For free and standard orders we choose the most cost effective service, which is usually Royal Mail Tracked 48.
If you need it faster you can choose a quicker service at checkout.
Delivery times depend on your location and the service you choose, and carriers can occasionally run late.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 (our standard service): Royal Mail usually scans your parcel into their system the day after we dispatch it, and Tracked 48 then aims to deliver within 2 working days. In practice most orders arrive 2 to 3 working days after dispatch.
DPD next day: we ship from Aberdeen, so DPD collect from our drop-off and usually deliver the day after they collect it. Please allow around 48 hours from dispatch (not including Sundays). DPD next day does not guarantee next day delivery from us.

We ship orders internationally, and charge a shipping fee to customers which is typically less than the actual cost to our business. Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier. Rates are provided flat and we will ship using the most cost effective method. We reserve the right to cancel orders should a suitable international shipment option be unavailable/not cost effective at the time of order.
International customers (outwith the EU) are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees. These are not included in our shipping charges and must be paid upon delivery by the customer.
EU customers will have orders delivered with duties paid (DAP) under the IOSS scheme.
EU Orders & Import VAT
For customers in the European Union, orders with an intrinsic product value of €150 or less are shipped with VAT collected at checkout under the EU Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS).

Orders with an intrinsic product value above €150 are not eligible for IOSS. In these cases, VAT (and any applicable customs handling fees) will be charged by the courier or local customs authority upon delivery. FTP Endurance Fuel has no control over these charges and they must be paid by the recipient before delivery can be completed.

Most orders are shipped with full tracking. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

While we strive for timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to weather, customs, or carrier issues.

FTP Endurance Fuel is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly and notify us so we can help resolve the matter.
