Shipping policy

At FTP Endurance Fuel, we aim to get your order to you quickly, reliably, and at the best possible value.

Orders are processed same day but may be one business day later (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).
Once label is printed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours. Parcels dispatched after 11am on Saturday will only start moving towards their destination on the following Monday, if Royal Mail is the carrier.

We partner with trusted carriers including Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, Yodel (Primarily for NI customers).

We provide free shipping over £30 on all UK mainland orders, and reserve the right to select the most cost effective option. Should faster delivery be required, we let you select the carrier based on the most applicable combination of delivery time and cost.

Standard delivery within the UK typically takes 2–4 business days and is most often via royal mail tracked 48.
Express options may are available at checkout.
DPD next day shipping does not guarantee next day delivery. As our warehouse is based in North-East Scotland, even if we get your order to them same day, it will typically be delivered within 48 hours (not including Sundays) from time of order placement.

We ship orders internationally, and charge a shipping fee to customers which is typically less than the actual cost to our business. Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier. Rates are provided flat and we will ship using the most cost effective method. We reserve the right to cancel orders should a suitable international shipment option be unavailable/not cost effective at the time of order.
International customers (outwith the EU) are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees. These are not included in our shipping charges and must be paid upon delivery by the customer.
EU customers will have orders delivered with duties paid (DAP) under the IOSS scheme.
EU Orders & Import VAT
For customers in the European Union, orders with an intrinsic product value of €150 or less are shipped with VAT collected at checkout under the EU Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS).

Orders with an intrinsic product value above €150 are not eligible for IOSS. In these cases, VAT (and any applicable customs handling fees) will be charged by the courier or local customs authority upon delivery. FTP Endurance Fuel has no control over these charges and they must be paid by the recipient before delivery can be completed.

Most orders are shipped with full tracking. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

While we strive for timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to weather, customs, or carrier issues.

FTP Endurance Fuel is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly and notify us so we can help resolve the matter.
